  Came to the Red Hill Pharmacy for a certified copy after a very unpleasant/terrible experience from the Red Hill Post Office. Great staff and great service here.

  Going to a pharmacy is not a very fun experience for most however going to Red Hill Pharmacy makes my day! They are open most hours which is very convenient. I receive the most helpful and warm service imaginable. The prescriptions are done very quickly and extremely helpful advice is given in any condition. I would recommend it to everyone to go there!

  The new manager/owner is very arrogant and rude. Asked for a colour photocopy of my birth certificate for him to certify it. He brings back a black and white copy, I asked him if it was a colour copy, he advised yes it was, that the colour was too faint to scan and it printed it in black. I advised he shouldn't charge me for a colour copy when it's clearly a black and white copy. He said fine and ripped it up and said you can go somewhere else... I went next door to the Red Hill Pharmacy who were honest and advised they could only do black and white copies, did it for cheaper and with a much friendlier service. I wasn't asking for above and beyond service, just not to be cheated. Which he thinks anybody questioning his lies is being difficult. You're better off driving the extra 2mins to Manuka Post Office, Kingston Post Office, Griffith Post Office or going to the Red Hill Pharmacy to get service without the typical grumpy teenage service from a supposedly grown man who doesn't want to be there.
